Let us stand in solidarity with Ukraine

The brave train and truck drivers, the nurses and doctors, municipal workers, the miners, the farmers, all who keep the country running, often unnoticed and poorly paid, and they bleed and die because of Putin’s war of aggression.

Their courage – and that of its civil society and trade unions – is amazing!

They need our help now.

They will need our help once the bullets stop flying, and the aggressor withdraws.

Dear Commissioner,

One thing the summit can do. One thing it should do.

Is to make sure that Ukraine is not weighed down by having to repay huge amounts to its creditors, the moment hostilities end.

This will give Ukraine the possibility to focus on taking care of its population. Of protecting those who bore the cost of the war.

Це подбати про те, щоб Україна не була обтяжена необхідністю виплачувати величезні суми своїм кредиторам, щойно закінчаться бойові дії

Це надасть Україні змогу зосередитися на турботі про своїх громадян. На захисті тих, хто на своїх плечах виніс тягар війни.
